No matter what you do, each day is the same – somehow overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. You don’t know what to do or where to turn.

Life wasn’t always this way. Along the way, you experienced something that halted your ability to pay attention. It gave you pause, and you forgot how to restart.

There’s no motivation to move forward. At this point, you are unsure how to start.

All this gives way to anxiety and depression.

You live with both for a while, expecting that they will pass. But they don’t.

One day, you look in the mirror and don’t recognize the face staring back at you. You begin to question, “What happened? What do I do?”

Previously, you’d work out, have a glass of wine with friends, meet colleagues for coffee, and immerse yourself in a good book. None of those options feel acceptable anymore.

Individual therapy offers you time to interact one-on-one with a professional who listens without judgment to what makes it difficult for you to move forward. This a time to gain self-awareness and confidence.

Together, we will explore what is underneath this paralysis you’re experiencing. You will decide if the patterns we uncover are still working for you or if you want to change them.
